Poker League Guidelines - Weekly Tournament Result Page
Assumptions:
  1. $25.00 Buy-In for 2000 chips; $20.00 towards weekly pot, $5.00 towards “Final event”
  2. 15 Week Season
  3. Best 12 tournaments are used in points calculations
  4. Must receive 30 points in the season to automatically qualify for final event
  5. Payout Structure:
Up to 7 Players
70% - 30%
Up to 10 players
50% - 30% - 20%
11-20 players
50% - 25% - 15% - 10%
21-31 players
40% - 25% - 20% - 10% - 5%
Points Structure:
Points are earned for every tournament that you play in. Every tournament played will earn 3 points.  Bonus points are awarded for placing
in the money in each tournament. In a 10 person tourney 1st would get 3 bonus points, 2nd gets 2 bonus points, and 3rd gets 1 bonus
point.  The points accumulated are used to determine the chip counts for the final event. The maximum number of points a player could
accumulate (a player winning 12 of the 15 tourneys) is determined by the number of players per tournament, but the minimum number of
points would be 30, assuming minimum of 10 tourneys to automatically qualify times 3 points per tourney and assuming never placing in
the money. If every week has 10 players or less the maximum points that could be accumulated would be 72 or 84 points if there would be
more than 10 players but less than 20 players or somewhere in between, but winning 12 tourneys would be highly unlikely.
Final Table Chip Counts:
Assume 10 players make the final event. The minimum chip count for the final event will be 5000 chips for everyone who automatically
qualifies. This will be the chip count for the player who finished in last place in points. The other places in points will get a chip count
proportionate to last place. See below for example.

10th place in points accumulates 30 points and gets 5000 chips for the final event. That equates to 166.6 chips per point and rounded up to
the next $25 chip value.  To be proportionate, if 4th place accumulated 46 points then their chip stack would be figured as follows:
  46 points x 166.6 chips per point = 7666.66 - Rounded up to 7675 in chips
Example of 10 people automatically qualifying for the final event:
Player 1:
50 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 8330
Rounded to - 8350 chips
Player 2:
49 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 8163
Rounded to - 8175 chips
Player 3:
48 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 7997
Rounded to - 8000 chips
Player 4:
46 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 7664
Rounded to - 7675 chips
Player 5:
46 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 7664
Rounded to - 7675 chips
Player 6:
42 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 6997
Rounded to - 7000 chips
Player 7:
40 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 6664
Rounded to - 6675 chips
Player 8:
38 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 6331
Rounded to - 6350 chips
Player 9:
32 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 5331
Rounded to - 5350 chips
Player 10:
30 points
X
166.6 chips per point = 4998
Rounded to - 5000 chips
Player 11:
Bought in balance of missed tourneys = 4000
Important Exclusion: If a new player enters the league in the middle of a session they may still be able to enter into the final event without
automatically qualifying. A new player must have at least 5 tourneys played and can “buy-in” the remaining balance of any missed tourneys
up to 12 tourneys. For example, Player A started the league half way through and played in 6 tourneys paying $30 into the final event pot.
Player A can buy in for the 6 missed tourneys equaling $30.00. Any player wishing to exercise this option will only start the final event with
4000 in chips.
Payout Structure Examples:
Final Event tournament with average of 10 players per weekly tourney times 15
tourneys = $750 prize pool and 10 people playing final event:
$750 prize pool -  $40 1st Place Final Event trophy = $710
1st Place
50% = $355 + Trophy
2nd Place
30% = $213
3rd Place
20% = $142
Weekly tournament with 10 players
$200 main pot, and $50 paid into final event prize pool:
1st Place
50% = $100
6 points
2nd Place
30% = $60
5 points
3rd Place
20% = $40
4 points
4th - 10th Place
